I buy these selections hoping they would offer the flavors of distinct Mexican style beer, instead they fall short with a sweet wine cooler feel with a bad aftertaste. I guess I will stick to the real thing: Tecate, Sol, Dos Equis, Carta Blanca, Superior, Indio, Bohemia, Noche Buena, Corona, Corona Light, Negra Modelo, Modelo Especial, Modelo Light, and Pacífico. All these beers could handle a lime and salt on the rim, but certainly not necessary. If you have to fruit your beer to give it flavor, then you are hiding the true taste of your brew. If I was a woman, I believe I would be a little insulted by this feeble attempt to patronize me.
