The fist of the Powerhouse 16 I’m smoking is the Punch. After a long day of cooking out, playing with the kids and visiting with the family I was ready for a good cigar while I watched some fireworks.

I decided on the Punch. I’ve smoked one before, last year and I’ll admit at that time I was fairly new to cigars and my cigar taste was in it’s infancy. The Punch I smoked last night was a decent smoke. I’m not an expert on burn but I did notice how it burned very evenly down to the last pull. With beer, this cigar is a bit mild for my likings. I prefer something a bit more to the medium side of the spectrum. Maybe better in the afternoon over some coffee. Honestly though, I think this cigar needs another shot in order for a solid opinion as I don’t recall this cigar being this mild in the past.
