We’ve offered this deal from Thompson Cigars as a way to help financially support this site, and I decided to order one for myself and share how everything went. I’ve ordered from Thompson plenty of times in the past, so I’m confident in dealing with them online. I ordered this on Saturday afternoon, June 28th 2008.

After deciding to order, I clicked the banner ad on this site and was taken to the order screen. It took me about 4 minutes to fill it out and I was done.

Here’s my receipt. I received email confirmation Tuesday, July 1st that my order had shipped and on Thursday my package was delivered.

After I unpacked the box from Thompson, I was very pleased. My original thought was that I’d get a bunch of shorty cigars that weren’t name brand, but I was obviously wrong with that assumption. I took snapshots of all the cigars, click on an image below to make it larger.
I was thoroughly pleased with this sampler and knowing that they sent a couple over seas for the boys is an added bonus.
